Beethoven

(Published on 25. December 2023, 02:21 by Unterstadt96)

You see the conductor (black dot) entering the music hall from the right. He is going to perform Beethoven's famous 5. symphony. The grid shows the composer's initials (L v B), the year of the first performance (1808 in Vienna), the measure (2/4) and the scale of the opus (C minor ie. 3 b in block 4 and 7) - not to forget the iconic first 8 notes (without rests), displayed as thermos.

The conductor's desk is located in the middle of the grid. The orchestra is placed around him on the yellow cells a knight's move apart. He has to see all his musicians thus the central 5 sees all other digits by knight's move (as if they were in an additional region). Those 8 cells are restrained: All the higher digits are in the same half (and the lower digits share the other half), but you have to find out whether it is above and below or to the left and to the right of the centre (a diagonal does not serve as boundary!).

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Thermos must rise from the bulb. Bulbs in the same row have the same polarity (odd or even). Orange "L"-Line must be entropic in any order, i.e. three adjacent cells contain one low, one middle and one high digit. Green "V"-Line is German Whisper (no pun intended about a deaf German composer). Purple "B"-Line (rather resembling a "3", but you get the idea) is Renban. Cage sum; kropki dot 1:2 (not all possible given); "bigger than"-sign in row 9. Digits in the white circle appear in the surrounding cells. Blue lines of three cells in column 1 to 3: 2 of the digits on a line sum to the third digit in ANY order (the rectangles are only to resemble the flat accidental - they do not necessarily serve as an arrow!).

Solution code: 8 digits on the bulbs in order of the motif.

Danke für die Korrektur - Spalte statt Linie ist natürlich richtig; wurde geändert.
