Normal Sudoku rules apply. SANDWICH SUMS- Numbers outside the grid are the sum of the numbers BETWEEN THE 1 AND THE 9 in the indicated row or column. KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are given. Gray cells with shaded arrows pointing out indicate that the cell is greater than all orthogonally adjacent cells.

Under 10 minutes for me (and I am usually rather slow-paced when it comes to solving), so this is indeed very easy. As opposed to Erik, my solve indicates that this puzzle does have a unique solution. Thanks for setting!
@ Erik: The Kropki dots in boxes 5 and 6 should clarify which is which in column 4.
