Squishy
(Published on 15. December 2023, 22:24 by antiknight)
I had an idea that is inspired by Jay Dyer's
Squishdoku. It combines Zipper lines with some Kropki dots. Any feedback is appreciated.
Rules:
1) Squishdoku rules apply:
Place digits from 1-9 in every cell so that no digit repeats in any row, column or 3x3 region. The blue lines indicate the boundaries of regions, and cells on the bars are simultaneously part of regions on both sides of the line.
2) Standard Kropki rules apply:
Digits on a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Digits on a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
3) Standard Even Square rules apply:
Cells with a filled square must be even.
4) Standard Zipper lines rules apply:
Digits an equal distance from the center of a lavender 'Zipper Line' sum to the digit in the middle of that line.

I changed my difficulty rating from hard to very hard because only five people have solved this fantastic puzzle at the CTC site. Very rare for more people to solve it here. Hopefully, Mark will come to the rescue.
- Thanks for your comment I appreciate it and hopefully :)
