Black dots galore

Normal sudoku rules apply:
In every row, column and un every 3x3 box the digits from 1 to 9 have to appear atleast once. -
Difference Kropki dots:
Cells with a white kropi dot between them are consecutive. -
Ratio kropki dots:
Cells with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 1 to 2. Wich means the following posibilities, 1-2, 2-4, 4-8 and 3-6. -
Negative constraint
There is a negative constraint on black dots.

A suggestion on how to rephrase the rules:
Negative constraint: All black dots are given.

Negative constraint, it said that <b>outside</b> of the black dots the 1-2 pair was not permitted

I feel like there is a rules error, the pattern of black dots would require 1-2-4-8 (say in box 1). But you say that 1-2 is not allowed on a black dot, perhaps you meant not allowed on a WHITE dot?

Thank you for setting and sharing this nice puzzle, kierownik! When starting out, I almost forgot about the negative constraint. Fortunately, I did not and the solve felt superbly smooth. Very beaufitul theme puzzle!
