Thanks to Scojo for the inspiration for this puzzle!
Rules:
Chaos Construction: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and region. Regions are orthogonally connected and must be located by the solver.
Counting circles: A circled digit indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. In addition, a circled digit indicates the number of cells it can see orthogonally (including itself). Region borders block the line of sight.
Thermo: Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end. Thermometers cannot cross regional borders (i.e. a thermometer exists in exactly one region). All thermometer bulbs are also circles and are shaded in gray.
Solve online: CTC
Solution code: Column 1 digits from top to bottom.
