Double Squished
Rules:
Place digits from 1-9 in every cell, so that no digit repeats in a row, column, or 3x3 region. The dashed lines indicate the boundaries of regions, and cells on the dashed lines are simultaneously part of the regions on both sides of the line. The sum of the numbers between two circles is the same as the sum of those two circles. Cells separated by an inequality sign points to the smaller digit. Cells separated by a black dot must be in ratio 1:2. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 1 followed by row 7.
