Pointing Thermos

If anyone enjoys this solve, there is a moderate difficulty puzzle available using the same ruleset.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Kropki Dots: Digits separated by white dots are consecutive.
- Pointer Thermos: Digits along thermometers increase in value from the bulb end. Additionally, thermometer tips point towards a cell containing the digit within the bulb. The value in the tip indicates the distance to this cell. There may be other instances of the digit between the tip and this cell.

I had a lot of fun doing this puzzle! This is a very interesting way to use a thermo, and I'd love to see more puzzles using this type of rule.
