Eiger (Killer sudoku)

Based directly on an idea by Mr.Menace. Used with his permission. (And do check out his puzzle too!)
- Sudoku: Each row, column, and region indicated by thick borders in the grid must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Killer cages: An area surrounded by a dashed line is a killer cage. Digits in a cage cannot repeat, and they sum to the number in the upper left corner.

Solution code: Row 7 and column 9. I.e. the 9 digits in row 7 from left to right, followed by the 9 digits in column 9 from top to bottom, for example: 123456789123456789

I solved "From pillar to post" and "Monch" before I solved this puzzle. This made "Eiger" easier to solve.

This is a wonderful killer sudoku Qodec. The break in was very clever and all of the cages had something to say about the opening. It still manage to keep me entertained for the best part of 2 hours. Well done.
