Some Instructions Required

RULES:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The grid is covered in fog. Placing a correct digit in a cell will remove the fog from it and all surrounding cells. No guessing is needed to solve this puzzle.
Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Cells separated by a V sum to five. Not all dots or V's are given.
Digits in a cage must sum to the number in the top-leftmost cell of the cage, if given.
Digits along the pink Renban line must be non-repeating and consecutive, but can otherwise be in any order.
Exactly one of the digits in a black circle must appear in one of the four cells surrounding the circle. All other digits in the circle do not appear in the surrounding cells.
Hmm... There were meant to be some extra rules here regarding constraints, but they seem to have disappeared. Perhaps they wandered into the fog? Assuming the properties of constraints is not recommended.
