Not all orthogonally adjacent with a difference of at least 5 are indicated.
Among the green cells, only ONE is a friendly cell, the digit in a friendly cell must match it's row, column, or box.

Completely forgot about consecutive number constraint, still managed to solve it... with considerable effort. Would say that it's 3-4 stars when ignoring that rule.
