Normal sudoku and variant rules apply. But! All clues have been shuffled with other clues of the same size and shape, such that no clue is in its correct location. (Clues have not been rotated or reflected. The three-cell black dot sequence and the 2x2 XV square each count as a single clue for this purpose.)

Solve the puzzle by filling the grid as if each clue is in its correct location. Additionally, no shuffled clue may be valid for the digits placed on it (e.g. if the shuffled position of the thermometer is the correct position of the arrow, those cells must be filled in a way that is correct for the arrow *and* not fully correct for the thermometer).

Edit: difficulty ratings on this site continue to baffle me. As of this edit this puzzle is at 3/5, but I'd consider it solidly 4/5, if not tougher.

Detailed rules:
The cage shows the sum of its digits.
Along the green line, digits must differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
The purple line contains a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Digits on the arrow sum to the number in the connected circle, and can repeat if allowed by other rules.
On the thermometer, digits increase from the bulb.
Digits inside the white circle must appear in one of the four cells surrounding that circle.
Digits in cells separated by a V sum to 5. Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10.
The gray line with circles at each end is a between line; digits on the line must be between the digits in the circles.
The other gray line is a palindrome; it contains the same sequence of digits in either direction.
The blue line with diamonds at each end is a lockout line; digits on the line must not be between the digits in the diamonds, which must have a difference of at least 4.
The other blue line is a region sum line; its digits have the same sum within each 3x3 box the line enters.

Surprisingly easier than how bad it looked.
Surprisingly more enjoyable too !

Brilliant puzzle and the moveable tiles are a really neat addition. It looks intimidating at first but it's a bit easier than it looks. Just a great natural flow to it and no hugely difficult steps are required.

Really cool puzzle! There's one place I got stuck, but there's such a nice piece of logic to use...

I actually agree with the current difficulty rating of 3/5. The puzzle is very straightforward from the start to the end.

Fair enough, and clearly the people agree with you. I probably think of it as tougher because I've spent so much time with the static version, but your version definitely makes it easier to (literally) visualize what's going on :)

Nice puzzle. I've had a bad couple of days puzzling, so I'm happy to be the one of the first solvers!
