Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On each line the first digit (each green cell) is the modulus for the line. Taking each pair of digits after, the remainder after taking the modulus is always the same.
For example, if the line digits are 437218541, the modulus is 4, and the remainder is 1 (37 mod 4 = 1, 21 mod 4 = 1 etc). Note that digits may repeat on a line if allowed by the Sudoku rules.
No two lines have the same modulus.
The last digit is the remainder. No two lines have the same remainder.
Black dots link two cells with one twice the other. White dots link two cells that differ by one. Not all black or white dots are included.

es ist etwas verwirrend
Ist der Remainder Teil des letzten Paares (also 41 mod4 = 1 im Beispiel?)
-- yes, the remainder is part of the last pair, so 41 mod 4 is 1. It could not be 31 at the end because 31 mod 4 is 3 (but of course it could be 31 mod 6 = 1 if the modulus is 6).
