Not sure if it's 4 or 5 stars in difficulty, but I hope you enjoy!
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Blue lines with a bulb must satisfy *at least* one of the following thermo rules:
SLOW Thermo: digits along a slow thermo increase or stay the same from the bulb end.
REGION-SUM Thermo: the sum each segment of a blue line passing through boxes must increase from the segment with the bulb. For example, if the r1c1 thermo is a region-sum thermo, then r3c7 > r2c4+r2c5+r2c6 > r1c1+r1c2+r1c3.
-Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive, and digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are necessarily given.

I'd very much give this 5 stars for difficulty! So hard to disambiguate anything. Great puzzle tho, interesting rules!
