This puzzle is a sequel of sorts to my previous puzzle Pointed Chaos, and should be a bit more approachable than its predecessor.
Rules:
Chaos Construction: Each row, column, and region must contain the digits 1-9 once each. Regions consist of a set of nine orthogonally connected cells and must be determined by the solver.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the arrow's bulb.
The digit in each arrow's bulb also acts as a minesweeper-like clue for the region. The digit in the bulb is equal to the total number of cells (including itself) in the 3x3 area centered on the bulb that are part of the same region as the bulb. Note that for a bulb on the edge of the grid, there will be fewer than nine grid cells in the 3x3 area centered on the bulb.
Solution code: Row 8 with hyphens where there are region borders (e.g., 123-4567-89)

That's the first chaos I've ever done, and it was quite fun! Great puzzle.

Always enjoy a good CC puzzle. I got stuck on the top right.
Thought I didnt need the last clue to solve the puzzle, but you cleverly needed it for the solution code. Good stuff!

Fantastic puzzle! It's certainly easier than Pointed Chaos, but they both have an equal share in awesomeness!
