This is an attempt at a slight twist on a conventional arrow puzzle. If this isn't an original constraint, please let me know in the comments and I'll credit the precedent.
Edit: It has been pointed out that
filuta used a similar idea previously, but with distance referenced using the circle rather than the arrow. You can find their puzzle
here.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Pointer arrows: Digits along arrows sum to the value in the connected circle. Additionally, arrow tips point towards a cell containing the digit within the arrow's circle. The value in the arrow tip indicates the distance from the arrow tip to this cell. There may be other instances of the same digit between this cell and the arrow tip.

Absolutely beautiful interaction! Takes a bit before the rules click, but when they do, it just keeps going and going around the grid.

This ruleset was surprisingly fun and the puzzle was very enjoyable.
It's a "me issue", but the one length arrows make me confuse which number ends up to the cell the arrow points to. Couple of times I would automatically put the number in the tip of the arrow there as well, because that's how it works with one cell arrows.
