A sequel to my puzzle Arvada. The puzzles can be solved in either order, though.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain the digits 1-9 once each.
Diagonal beachcomber rules apply: The digit X inside a circle indicates that a total of X digits less than X can be seen in the cells radiating diagonally from that circle. Digits larger than or equal to X block the view. There is no negative constraint, i.e., not all circles are necessarily given.

And here is the main puzzle:
Biloxi in the SudokuPad app.
The title continues a tradition started by ICHTUES of naming puzzles after seemingly random North American metropolises.
Solution code: Row 1, then column 6 (a total of 18 digits)

That was a logical masterpiece - enjoyed it a lot. Had to get used to where to look with the unfamiliar rule - delicately constructed, so I had to be alert.
