No Mountains Allowed

Rules:

  • Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.
  • Digits may not repeat along the marked positive diagonal.
  • The grid contains 6 increasers, one in every row column and box. A digit in an increaser has it's value increased by 6. Each digit appears in an increaser.
  • Clues outside the grid show the sum of the values along the indicated diagonal, where x is to be determined. Digits may repeat along these diagonals.
  • The sum of the values of the digits on the blue line within a box must be the same for each box that line passes through.

Hint section in white text below, as I know this is a hard one

I wouldn't focus on figuring out x straight away, instead try to figure out the structure of either boxes 1,3,5 or 2,4,6

There's roping involved, figure out how the cell modifier interacts with the roping

Solution code: Row 4, then Row 5

Brilliant and crazy puzzle.
Interesting geometries, lots of interesting and complex maths. Very good and rather difficult.

This was an absolute beast of a puzzle! I struggled with it, but it's a masterful piece of work... some of the ideas involved are genius.

The beautiful symmetry is not only elegant and pleasing to look at, it's also intrinsic to the logic involved, which makes it even more beautiful.
