Little Killer Around You

I had an idea for a puzzle that combines both circle and little killer ruleset. So, I created this puzzle. I think the break-in is quite unique and has not been seen before. Hopefully you can enjoy it too.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. A clue outside the grid is the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits can repeat along the diagonal if allowed by the other rules.
3. A circled digit indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit.
4. Adjacent digits along the red line must differ by at least 4.
