Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in circles count the prime numbers in the surrounding cells inclunding itself. All circles are given. Each digit except nine is in at least one circle

Nice puzzle. I totally forgot about the negative constraint until the very end and was very confused until I reread the rules.
