Normal sudoku rules apply. On top of that aqre rules apply.
Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one connected group. Cages must contain the sum of the shaded cells indicated by the number in its upper left corner. Shaded cells within cages may not repeat. There may not exist a run of four or more consecutive shaded or unshaded cells horizontally or vertically anywhere in the grid.

I'm not sure I've played an Aqre hybrid before, but this one was a lot of fun and I wouldn't mind seeing more!
