Very nice puzzle. Tried it some time ago and got stuck. Restarted it this morning went through it like a hot knife through butter. Still great fun to do the solve.

Very nice puzzle, but what's 'NEU' about it?

Great break in, the puzzle went fun directions, had some trouble in the middle but still fun overall.

Apparently im not smart enough cause everything went smooth, dealt with box 3, then column 6 but then im stuck with that 27 clue and there doesn't seem to have anything else to help with that :(

@VitP because having a 2 in the second row of colums six would make the digit in R2 C7 (ie the digits to which it is connected by a black dot) a 1 or a 4. But that digit is in the circle of an arrow, and it couldnt be a 1, and it couldn't be a 4 either

I will second the comment that it should be clearer that there is an x-sum clue at the top of column 9. While it was part of the break in, given how much of the grid is covered to start an N there or "_" would make the fact that that is a clue easier to comprehend.

perhaps one of the 40 people who have solved this puzzle would care to explain to me what's wrong with running 425718963 (for example) down col 6, the 4-arrow being satisfied by 121, and all other revealed clues being easy to satisfy.

I actually giggled when the given digits were revealed. Very nice.

The website says this is 2-stars. But I'm not good enough yet to solve 2-star puzzles, and knocked this out in 22 minutes. So I suspect a 1-star rating is more appropriate. Still, very enjoyable. Really like the FOG puzzles. Thank you.
Might I suggest a small clarification of the rules by adding a blank line above column 9 to signify a missing digit that the user must determine?
Thank you for the comment. That would remove the "subtleness" of the clue, which is a major part of this puzzle. ~L
