Fair and Square (Equality Cage + Arrow)

Rules:
Sudoku:
Place the digits from 1-9 in every row, column and box exactly once.
Arrow:
Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.
Equality Cages:
Cages must contain an equal number of low (1,2,3,4) and high (6,7,8,9) digits AND an equal number of odd (1,3,7,9) and even (2,4,6,8) digits. Digits cannot repeat in cages and they cannot contain 5.

Lots of neat interactions that also lead to a pretty tight solve, which I really had to stay conscious throughout to get the one-by-one results. Thanks for the puzzle :)
