Chaos Construction: Double Arrow

Chaos Construction: Double Arrow
I've been enjoying solving chaos constructions lately and was inspired to create one. Enjoy :)

Rules
Chaos Construction: The digits 1-9 must appear exactly once in each row, column, and region. A region is an orthogonally connected group of cells whose position must be determined by the solver (one border is given between r5c3 and r6c3).
Double Arrows: The sum of the digits on a line must equal the sum of the digits in the two attached circles. Each cell on a line must be in the same region. The two attached circles must be in a different region to each other.

Example Puzzle
This 6x6 example puzzle and its solution should demonstrate the ruleset. Note the change of rules to six regions of the digits 1-6.

Solution code: Row 7, with hyphens replacing region border (i.e. row 2 of the example puzzle would be 1-5-246-3)

This was very difficult for me even after the quick break-in. Don’t know if my solvepsth was the intended one but deductions at several points seemed quite forced. Did not really find it very smooth though a little nibble here and a little nibble there kept the very heavy plod onwards going. Really testing puzzle! Thanks a lot for sharing.

Loved the break in, the mid section really tested me so I'm glad I persevered to complete this. Great puzzle :]

Quite tricky at some spots with 'quick maths' shenanigans, but it's funny to see the final regions resolution towards the end. Very fun and lovely puzzle :)

Very fun chaos construction puzzle. Maybe harder than 4stars

I feel like Chaos Construction tapered off for a bit here. Puzzles like this made me remember how much fun they are and hope to start see them make a comeback.

Hopefully this doesn't count as a spoiler, but just a quick hint: this puzzle is way easier to solve if you actually read the instructions and don't spend an embarrassingly long time trying to make it work assuming those are between lines rather than sums
