No more lucky numbers (Anti 7/13 Sudoku)

This puzzle is a sudoku with an adjacency restriction. Orthogonally adjacent digits never sum to either 7 or 13. Many thanks go to CaptZebraCakes for testing this puzzle. - Anti 7/13 adjacency restriction: Orthogonally adjacent digits never sum to either 7 or 13, e.g. a 4 is never adjacent to either 3 or 9.

I was clearly missing something relatively simple as i found this more like 3 / 4 *!

Thank you for your comment, Lovejoy! The solve does not require advanced techniques, but at some points the scanning is somewhat challenging. As I have stated in the introduction, I would estimate this puzzle closer to 2/5, but as a setter I always struggle to properly determine the difficulty of my own puzzles.
