Fillomino: Divide the grid into regions of size 1-9. Regions of the same size may not be adjacent. The digit in each cell is the size of the region it belongs to.
Filloku: Regions of the same size cannot share a row or column.
Arrows: Cells with an arrow indicate how many region borders there are in the direction of each arrow. There is a border any time two adjacent cells belong to different regions.
Cells with multiple arrows count each direction independently
Solution code: Row 6, from left to right.

I have a question regarding the cell with 2 arrows in R5C8. Does it count the sum of the 2 arrows, or is it the same sum for each arrow ?
Also, does the border of the grid count in the number of borders ?
-- arrows are counted independently, and only borders between cells count.
