Every now and then I need to set a puzzle that is a bit silly. Even better when a puzzle like this has some interesting logic to it. The overall difficulty should be at 2.5 stars. Hope you enjoy :-)
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Renban
Each purple line contains a sequence of non-repeating consecutive digits, which can be in any order.
XV Pairs
Digits joined by an X sum to 10. Digits joined by a V sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are given.

After about five digits I couldn't find any way forward, and ended up having to do a lot of trial-and-error guessing. I'd be interested in seeing a video of someone solving it with pure logic.
