Yin Yang Multi-arrows

This puzzle uses a variant on the rule set used for my previous puzzle Yin Yang Arrows.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Yin-Yang: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area is fully shaded or fully unshaded.
Yin-Yang multi-arrows: All sets of adjacent shaded or non-shaded cells along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. There can be multiple sets of shaded and/or non-shaded cells on an arrow, and an arrow can consist of a single shaded or non-shaded set.

I struggled with this for 67 minutes and then it just gave in and I filled in about 30 squares in a minute. It was lovely and challenging, but satisfying.
