Nested Lines

RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Cells on a purple renban line form a set of consecutive digits in any order without repeating a digit.
- Alternate digits along the green whisper line must differ in value by at least 5.
- Digits on a line indicates exactly how many times that digit appears across all lines in the grid. E.g if there's a 3 on a line, it means there are three 3's on lines.
- Digits within a circle must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.
