BYO Arrows by Celery
Rules -->
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- A digit in a circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit.
- Additionally, circles function as the circles of an arrow. Draw arrows that move orthogonally from the circle such all arrows are 2 cells in length and cannot pass through other arrow cells or circles. Digits along an arrow must sum to the value in the attached circle. Cells containing given digits cannot be on an arrow.

Very good fun! And exceptionally rewarding when it all starts to fall into place.

I found it very challenging but fun to wrestle. It is a bit fiendish that even when the values of the circles can be determined, it takes a while to deduce which circles get the largest value.

Excellent challenge. Lots of optionality, but the logic was eventually forcing. Very nice
