This Fraud Killer Sudoku!

An idea of a puzzle that I had. I hope you enjoy!
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digits in a killer cage cannot repeat and must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage (if given).
-HOWEVER, some of these killer cages are frauds and are actually whisper lines/loops. Adjacent digits along a whisper line/loop must differ by at least 5. Digits may repeat in fraud cages, and if a 2x2 cage is found to be a fraud, it's an O (ring) -shaped whisper loop.
-No cage can be both a valid whisper line/loop and a valid killer cage. For example, a 9 cage cannot be 27 as it would be both a valid whisper line and a valid killer cage.
