NegenTropic Islands

PUZZLE:
RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Negentropic (red): All digits along a Negentropic line belong to the same grouping, being low {1, 2 or 3}, medium {4, 5 or 6} or high digits {7, 8 or 9}.
• Islands: Orthogonally connected cells of the same grouping as per above are Negentropic islands. Digits in a circle indicate the size of an island (islands may have multiple circles).
INTRODUCTION:
Based on the wonderful work of Paletron. If you have yet to solve it, you should definitely tackle "EnTropic Islands"; you won't be disappointed. I personally find Entropy logic to be challenging but their puzzle was quite an approachable take on it and hopefully this adds a bit of something new.

Felt more like a 3,5 for me but that was probably because of the unfamiliarity with the constraints.
