Each row, column and 2x2 box contains the digits 1 to 4 once each.
Kropki dots rules:
- Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
- Cells separated by a black dot contain digits in a ratio of 1 to 2.
Not all dots are necessarily given (note: puzzle links do not state that rule, it was an oversight).

Very bad puzzle, sorry. A puzzle may not be called a kropki when not all dots are given... I do not understand puzzlers who rate these sort of puzzles as "5 stars" or "10/10"... Period.

A nice series. FYI: in the description (http://wiki.logic-masters.de/index.php?title=Kropki/en) it says 'If there is no circle between two digits, none of these two properties may hold.'. You better add 'Not all dots are necessarily given.'.
