Normal 3x3 sudoku rules may not apply. Place digits, ranging from 1-3, into the grid, such that each column and row does not contain exactly 1 of the same digit. Inside cages, digits may repeat, but cannot sum to the value given in the corner. Cages joined by a white dot cannot have consecutive values in the corner. The value of x is either 1, 2, or 3, and must be calculated by the solver.

I can't understand the "does not contain exactly 1 of the same digit" phrase in the rules

The wording of the rules almost discouraged me from solving this but I'm glad I did because the solution made me laugh out loud.
