No 4x4 Sudoku Allowed

Normal 4x4 Sudoku rules do not apply. Place the digits 1-4, 4 each, into the grid such that each digit cannot appear exactly once in any row or column. (The grid is not divided into boxes.) Inside a cage, digits may or may not repeat, but cannot sum to the total given. An inequality symbol cannot point at a smaller digit. i.e. if A > B, then B cannot be smaller than A.

Solution code: Enter 16 digits. Row 1 (left to right), then row 2, then row 3, then row 4.

Somehow the links' puzzles got changed from what's shown in the picture? It doesn't make sense to me, because many people solved the puzzles with those links. Anyways, updated.
