All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

I'm a little surprised at the rating, I quite like this constraint. It's subtle but meaningful, easy to grasp and comes with a lot of implications for other constraints - looking forward to the rest of the series.
