All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Thermometers
Numbers on a thermometer strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.

I thought that was going to be a lot harder than it was, but the 5's made it highly constrained and it was solved quickly. Fun 1*.
