Normal Sudoku Rules partially apply: Digits don't repeat within a row, column or box.
Yin-Yang rules apply: All cells are either shaded or unshaded. All shaded cells have to be orthogonally connected. All unshaded cells have to be orthogonally connected, as well. No 2x2-region may be completely covered by shaded cells, or completely covered by unshaded cells.
Shaded cells are empty, that means there are no digits within them. The unshaded area consists of clumps of orthogonally connected cells. Digits within a clump sum up to 10 and can repeat within that clump (if the other rules allow it).
Cells with a blue square contain a digit which counts the amount of shaded cells within the up to 8 surrounding cells. Cells with a yellow circle contain a digit which counts the amount of clumps within the up to 8 surrounding cells. Red outlined cells contain a digit which counts the amount of unshaded cells within the up to 8 surrounding cells.
Within this puzzle there are only used 6 of the digits from 1-9, the solver has to determine which ones.
The puzzle is available online via CTC Sudokupad and F-Puzzles. Have fun solving!
Solution code: Row 2 from left to right (empty cells are represented as 0s)

I started this about seven times because I kept making mistakes with the circle rule, but I couldn't just let it go, it's too intriguing! Thank you for this puzzle!

What exactly is a clump in this case?

Kalorienreduziert: A clump is one of the areas where the digits add up to 10. The unshaded region is made up of those areas/clumps.

How do we know where a clump begins?

It looks like yellow circles and red cages have the same definition. Is there a distinction I am missing?
