Digits on arrows must sum to the value in the attached circle.
Digits on purple renban lines must be from a set of consecutive digits, in any order.
The digits on either side of the grey dot are either consecutive or one is double the other.
Solution code: Enter row 7.

Great interaction between the renban lines. The start flowed really nicely, with really interesting relationships, but I found the end unexpectedly tricky, though perhaps I missed something easier than what I did.
