Wichtel 2022 (7): Kryptisches Fillominurikabe

To Christmas 2022 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.
Fillomino: Divide the grid into regions, such that regions of the same size may not touch one another. Numbers in the grid indicate the size of the region in which they are located.
Nurikabe: Blacken some of the regions completely, such that all black cells in the grid are orthogonally connected, no 2x2 is completely blackened, and each unblackened connected region contains exactly one number. This number gives the size of the corresponding region.
Krypto: Each letter stands for one number, and identical letters all stand for the same number, while different letters stand for different numbers.
