How is this still unrated? This was an easy 3-starer and incredibly clean solve path!

I suppose the constraint about larger digits blocking smaller ones, applies to the second bullet point as well?

@Bankey - correct. They behave like standard skyscraper clues except they can see in 4 directions at once
