To celebrate Arithmetic Quiz (sudoku) being voted into the 2nd CTC book, I made this little puzzle. I hope it can serve as an entertaining introductory fillomino.
Rules:
Fillomino: Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally connected cells such that no two regions of the same size share an edge. Each cell should contain a number equal to the size of its region. (In this puzzle, all regions will be of single-digit size 1-9.)
Equations: Correctly complete the 5 numbered equations by filling a single digit (1-9) in each cell. A two-cell pill represents a two-digit number in an equation.
Puzzle:
Solution code: Column 8 (the rightmost column, top to bottom, 7 digits)

First fillomino I've ever tried and it was great - easy to grasp and quite fun. Thanks very much!

Never did a filomino before, so it took me a minute to grasp the rules. But once I did, this turned out lovely!
Very fun how the math combined with the dividing of the regions. Thank you mnasti2 for setting!
