Schrödinger 301: The Casimir Effect
(Published on 9. October 2023, 21:30 by ViKingPrime)
PUZZLE:
RULES:
"Normal"
Schrödinger rules apply.
(
i.e. place the digits 0 through 9 once each in every row, column and box;
two of the digits will have to share a Schrödinger Cell;
each row, column and box contains exactly one Schrödinger Cell).
•
Circle: Digits within a circle indicate exactly how many circles contain that digit.
•
Killer: Digits within a cage must sum to the number in the top-left corner (
if given).
Note: The "arrows" point towards the lesser digit or digits of the two adjacent cells.
MODIFIER:
•
Schrödinger Certainty (Restrictive): If a Schrödinger cell falls within a Circle cell, it marks an appearance for each digit (
i.e. Circles track the number of digit appearances and not value appearances).
INTRODUCTION:
This is an updated version based on some additional feedback, which should allow for a clearer solve path while still maintaining much of the challenge.
