I think I have not seen this before so decided to give it a try. Some fact about this puzzle in hidden comment. Happy solving!!
===Rules===
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Diagonal Fortress: Each blue shaded cell contain digit that is higher than its immediate neighboring diagonal digits. Each purple shaded cell contain digit that is lower than its immediate neighboring diagonal digits. Digits may repeat in these diagonal cells if allowed by other Sudoku rules.
Kropki: Black dots join digits with 1:2 ratio, empty dots join consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.
Killer cage Sum: Digits in each cage sum to the total given in the corner of the cage.

blue and purple ?
@Zalaklab....R5C5 and R8C7 are purple shaded, rest are blue shaded.
