7x7 Dobblekiller

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Little Killer: Digits along the indicated diagonal must sum to the given total outside the grid.
- Killer: Digits in a cage may not repeat and must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.
- Dobble cages: Each killer cage has exactly one digit in common with every other cage, i.e. if you take any pair of cages, you will always find exactly 1 common digit. That common digit can be different in different pairs.
