Serial Killer Attacks

Normal sudoku rules apply.
The cages on the grid are Serial Killer Cages: they must sum up to a total in the upper left corner of the cage (if given) and digits within the cage must NOT be unique (therefore they are serial). For example, a 4-cell cage with a sum of 10 could not be 1+2+3+4 or 1+3+3+3 (1 is unique) but 1+4+1+4 and 2+3+2+3 are valid.
The black dots separate cells with 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given.
The purple line is a renban line, i.e. it must contain a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
I give it four stars but I have no idea how tough this puzzle is.

I’ve seen the line drawing problem on other puzzles, too, on my iPad. If I rotate the iPad, the redraw includes the lines. This seems to be a CtC issue, not an issue with this puzzle.

ctc version doesn't have the renban line in it
Thanks. That's weird. The line is in the background, when the rules are on top, but disappears later.
