Fallen Harlequin Dex

(Published on 5. October 2023, 10:00 by rmahus)

This puzzle was inspired by olima 's "Harlequin Dex", where I discovered some interesting logic when trying to solve it with the wrong rules.

Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Every row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all digits from 1 to 9.
Kropki pairs.
White dots indicate consecutive digits. Black dots indicate digits with a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Indexing.
Red cells are column indexing, e. g. a 7 in R9C2 puts a 2 in R9C7.
Green cells are row indexing, e. g. a 7 in R9C2 puts a 9 in R7C2.
Color-Cages.
Digits in cages do not repeat. If a cage total is even, all cells of that cage have to be shaded red, otherwise green..
