Finally I am continuing this series of Japanese Sums puzzles, this time combining it with Kropki. There are some challenging deductions involved, but nothing should be brutal. Watch out for the negative constraints, though. Enjoy!
Rules:
Shade some cells of the 10x10-grid and fill all unshaded cells with digits from 1-9, such that no digit repeats in any row or column.
Fill all cells outside of the 10x10-grid with positive integers. Those numbers indicate the sums of contiguous segments of unshaded cells in that row or column, in the correct order. There must be at least one shaded cell seperating two segments.
Numbers with a white dot between them have a difference of 1. Numbers with a black dot between them have a ratio of 2:1. If there is no dot between two numbers outside of the 10x10-grid, none of those two characteristics can be true.
Solution code: column 6 and column 7 of the 10x10-grid, S for shaded cells

Great puzzle with excellent use of the negative constraint. It fooled me a few times at least. Thank you.

Wowie, such a delightful solve with plenty of unexpected aha moments, especially towards the end of the solve!
(like, how could it be resolved so nicely at the end like that, I have no idea xD)

Cool puzzle, the negative constraint did a lot more work than I expected.

Another amazing puzzle from you Myxo, with simple elegant clues and a smooth but challenging solve path. The negative constraint is used in so many interesting ways here, which is especially impressive given how much the alignment of the outside clues depends on the full shading pattern.

clarified kropki rules

It was a pleasure to test this puzzle in Skunkworks. Lots of fun throughout, one needs to keep an eye out for all the negative constraints :D
