The rules are as follows:
- Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Killer: Digits in Cages cannot repeat and sum to the given total.
- Region sum lines: Digits along a line sum to the same total in each 3x3 box the line visits. Different lines may have different sums.
- Palindrome lines: Digits along a line read the same forwards and backwards.
- Every line in this grid is a region sum line and a palindrome line at the same time. Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by the other rules.
- For clarification: two lines cross each other in box 8: The line starting in r9c3 ends in r4c7. The line starting in r3c7 ends in r7c9.
Since my first puzzle was called "all about 30", I had to include a small nod to "30" again.
In terms of difficutly, I would rate it at ~3.5/5.

Solution code: All digits from row 9 (left to right) followed by column 9 (top to bottom) as a single string.

Took me ages to finish but was fun all the time! Looking at the result, I can say that this is a well named puzzle!
