Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region must contain the digits 1-9 once each.
Digits in a white circle must appear at least once each in the four surrounding cells. Each circle is at the intersection of three regions.
All circles have been given, but not all the numbers inside the circles have been given.
Digits joined by a V sum to 5. Only ALL possible Vs INSIDE REGIONS are given.
Digits joined by a X sum to 10. Only ALL possible Xs ON REGION BORDERS are given.
Digits must not repeat along the indicated diagonals.

Nice puzzle. Tricky to get my heads around the rules at first but it flowed quite easily with the symmetry and a little intuition

Maybe instead of "only all possible" it better should be said "exactly those"?
Or "all possible ... are given" could be a separate sentence.
The actual formulation is unclear to me, too.
---------
I used a translator to translate rules. Perhaps it would be better to put the content describing the nature of the region before the content describing uniqueness? I don't know.

"Digits joined by a V sum to 5. Only ALL possible Vs INSIDE REGIONS are given.
Digits joined by a X sum to 10. Only ALL possible Xs ON REGION BORDERS are given."
Does this mean:
1) No Vs are shown which are on region borders, and no X's are shown which are inside regions.
Or
2) All Vs inside regions are given and some Vs on region borders may or may not also be given, and all X's which are on region borders are given and some Xs inside regions may or may not be given?
---------
Your first understanding is correct.

Wow, this really stretched my solving ability. I'm not yet used to thinking about so many disparate interactions at once. Great puzzle, though definitely not two-star, for me at least!
