PUZZLE:
RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Arrow: Digits along each arrow must sum to the total in its originating pill.
Note: The pill is to be read top-to-bottom; there are two separate arrows branching from the same pill.
• German Whisper (green): Digits along each German Whisper line must differ by at least five [5].
• Killer: Digits within a cage must sum to the number in the top-left corner (if given). Digits must not repeat within a cage.
• Kropki: White dots separate two consecutive digits; Black dots separate two digits where one is double the other [ratio of 1:2] (not all dots are given).
• Odd/Even: Digits within Circle cells are Odd; digits within Square cells are Even.
• Quadruple: Digits within a white circle must appear in the four surrounding cells.
INTRODUCTION:
Sometimes you're inspired by some beautiful piece of logic; and then sometimes you draw a little thing with arrows and build a puzzle around it.

This took me a long time to do. I didn't know if you meant each arrow adds up to the pill, or the sum of both arrows adds up to the pill. For anyone stuck on this, each arrow adds up to the pill's amount individually, so if the pill's value is X, both arrows together have digits adding up to 2X minus overlapping digits.
